NU.NETWORK
The NU.network platform aims to Decentralize multiplayer gaming and to provide developers an easy way to integrate multiplayer functionality. We will use the Ethereum blockchain and its smart contracts functionality to create a platform that will allow the hardware owners to service their multiplayer functionality and earn NU tokens for doing so. Gamers can mine tokens from the platform by connecting their wallets to their gaming accounts to become active clients. Therefore, NU has a unique mining process with two very different but interesting ways to mine tokens.

Why Multiplayer Gaming?
Games with multiplayer aspects keep gamers performed longer. Realtime First Person Shooters generally have single player and multiplayer modes and the addition of multiplayer modes can increase average game played by up to a factor of 7


Multiplayer Gaming Requires Servers
Servers are required to provide multiplayer features. These are typically provided by cloud providers or dedicated host providers. The NU.network will offer developers another means of multiplayer functionality that is not only easier to integrate but is more resilient and robust due to its decentralized nature.

PROBLEM

Many of the computing resources and bandwidth on PCs and servers remain unused.
Writing your own network code and managing your own server can be complicated, time consuming and expensive.
Without an exciting incentivization gamer can quickly get bored with potentially great games.
Infrastructure limited to game launch can turn the game into a failure.

SOLVED OR ENHANCED BY NU
NU takes advantage of unused resources for this multiplayer infrastructure.
With NU developers can be released because it has to write complex network code and infrastructure that drive it to reduce costs.
NU is unique in that it rewards gamers who connect their wallets to their game accounts.
The NU platform can seamlessly transfer players to larger servers.
