What is Quantum1Net?

The RSA cryptography platform is now 40 years old. While it's served well in Internet and digital communications, its days are numbered. The rise of quantum computing is a threat for RSA and other forms of encryption. It will provide tools which will make it feasible for hackers to crack these mechanisms.

Quantum computers exploit the unique properties of microscopic world, superposition and entanglement, to perform calculations much more efficiently than ordinary computers. This way, they can complete tasks in minutes or hours which would take today's best devices up to billions of years. This poses a real risk for our digital lives, as most encryption methods exploit this relative slowness of classical computers to make our data safe.

At Quantum1Net we have developed a new solution for these up and coming problems. Quantum mechanics allows for the generation of intrinsically random sequences of numbers. The Quantum Encrypted Key Generation (QEKG) technology, which allows for secure storage and transfer of data. It will provide level of complexity in cryptographic key generation that is protecting data even from quantum computers.

Development of a quantum encryption key is the primary encryption scheme for Quantum1Net. Because of the pseudo-random number generator generator, the RSA keys are also random. Studies have shown that when random numbers are selected, random number generators have repeating properties. This means that the number can be estimated and, therefore, is not actually random. Quantum1Net uses a quantum encryption generator. Studies have shown that even in large samples there is no scheme, so it is not possible to define any prediction algorithm. It has also been proven that there is no need for very large and expensive computers to create quantum encryption keys. The technology, known as quantum entanglement, creates a random number of interrelated numbers. This makes random numbers completely random.

The company plans to attract investment through the first token sale based on Ethereal platform, after token sales based on Bitcoin. Bitcoin-based tokens will use a quantum encryption key generator.

It is expected that Quantum1Net will continue to grow in early 2018. Additional developer involvement will enable the development of further quantum encryption key generators and will support Quantum1Net's limited release in May 2018. The final project to develop a quantum encryption key generator will be completed in July, and in season autumn 2018 a partnership agreement for production will be signed.

Prototype Quantum1Net Prototype

Quantum1Net's Quantum Random Number Generator laboratory, which has been developed since 2014, is based on a one-qbit optical device, which uses four photon detectors and a Time-to-Digital (TDC) converter to produce the perfect set. a random number with timestamp The quantum device consists of an entangled photon source, and a linear optical element, which determines the quantum system to the desired state. Two configurations have been developed to produce each set of 4 and 6 elements. The output of the TDC is a temporary queue, from which a set of random numbers or unique encryption keys can be requested, creating real time, on demand encryption and decryption systems.

Quantum1Net Tokens
Our token offerings play a key role in the success of Quantum1Net. As a startup, we'd rather have our token buyers sit and wait. Thus, the decision has been made to offer convertible tokens just hours after our initial token sales end. As mentioned previously, the early convertible token release funds development efforts, while our second token offering will show proof-of-concept of Quantum1Net, as those tokens will be protected by quantum encryption techniques.
